That wears jerseys and shorts

Who always looks sad
Even she can't pretend
I'm not the girl who is tough and mean
Who gets into fights
And always makes a scene
I'm not the girl who has perfect skin
Or perfect hair
And I'm not stick thin
I am the girl who you probably don't know
You may think you do
But that was a long time ago
I am the girl who acts happy
When she's sad
And goes home and writes poems that are sappy
I am the girl who slaps on a smile
But everyone knows
That wears off in awhile
